The durable reinforced molded polyethylene foam head has been tested for non abrasiveness, freeze resistance, center load stress and durability to achieve the highest ratings. The high impact plastic face plate is recessed into the foam to prevent contact with the vehicle preventing scratching. The telescoping handle extends up to 49-inch providing maximum reach with no strain on the operator. The snow joe snow broom features an ice scraper as well to assist with ice buildup on your windshield. Snow joe offers a two year full warranty on the snow broom.The snow broom pole is shipped in the locked position form our factory. To extend the snow broom for the first time, screw the pole to the foam head. Twist the bottom portion of the pole to the left and pull hard. You will only need to pull hard the first time you use the snow broom. To lock the lower pole in place, simply twist the pole to the right.

Believe the POOR reviews— This product has Erectile Dysfunction The handle will not extend as designed. You are supposed to just be able to twist it after installing the foam “broom” and it is supposed to be able to telescope, be extended and lock in place. I had every member of my family attempt this and none of us could get it to budge.
