Good Honest Flower Pot If you need a fancy-looking planter, this line will not suit you. I’d call it a basic, no-nonsense flower pot, which is just what I’m needing. The color is very low-key too, but then I’m hoping for lots of bright summer flowers for color. Frankly, I have more gracefully shaped pots, but this one is honestly sized; very nearly the nominal 16-inch top diameter inside, which is not always true; given planter diameters generally include the width of their rims. And many pots are skimpy in their depth as well, which can be a problem, since some plants need generous root room. This planter is almost as deep as it is wide — a very good thing, especially if you’re growing things like tomatoes, eggplants or peppers.I also like the good-sized knockout drainage holes these have, since I’ll be using them outdoors. But if you need pots with no drain holes, note that mine came with several of the holes already punched, and the holes are covered by only a thin plastic film, so this…
